Catherine Cochrane has particular expertise and great experience in New House-Builders’ Conveyancing, but also deals with many other aspects of general conveyancing practice including the purchase and sale of residential properties, security and re-mortgage work. Catherine joined Bird Semple in 1991 (at a time when the firm was part of the then Bird Semple Fyfe Ireland partnership). In her spare time Catherine enjoys reading, cooking, music and yoga.
