1. Landlord
Where you are letting your property as a result of temporary or long absence, we will advise you on the most suitable type of lease to make sure that at the expiry of the lease, you will be able to recover possession of the property. This advice will include:-
(i) drafting, adjusting and arranging for the execution of the lease;
(ii) serving the Tenant with the proper Statutory Notices relating to the lease;
(iii) providing you with copies of all lease documents.
2. Tenant
If you are proposing to lease residential property, we will advise you about the lease of the proposed property and revise this document on your behalf.
