Agricultural Leases and Grazing Lets

Landlord

  1. We will advise you about the suitable terms of any proposed Agricultural Lease.
  2. We will prepare the necessary draft Lease and the revised draft Lease with the Missive of Let with the agricultural tenant’s solicitors.
  3. We will arrange for registration of the Lease where needed.

Landlord – Grazing Let

  1. We will advise you in connection with any grazing let that is needed for all or part of your holding.
  2. We will prepare the necessary grazing let, negotiate the terms with the tenant and arrange for execution of the grazing let.
  3. We will report to you with a copy of the grazing let documents and advise you about the procedure that must be followed to enforce the grazing let.

Tenant

If you are proposing to take a Lease of agricultural subjects we will:-

  1. Advise you about the procedure you will have to go through.
  2. Prepare an offer on your behalf to take a Lease of the agricultural holding and thereafter revise the agricultural lease with the Landlord’s solicitors.
  3. We will conclude the Missives of Let and settle the terms of the Lease on your behalf.
  4. We will send you copies of all contractual stages of the missive or the Lease and advise you when the contract has been agreed.
  5. We will make sure registration of the Lease where needed.
  6. We will send you a copy of the finished Lease.

Tenant – Grazing Let

  1. If you are proposing to take a grazing let as a Tenant, we will advise about the suitable form of grazing let.
  2. We will revise the terms of the grazing let if necessary with the Landlord’s solicitors.
  3. We will make sure the contract of the grazing let is properly signed and send you a copy of the grazing let documents.
