Client Seminars
Following on from previous seminars, and having undertaken client research on the subject, we are pleased to announce dates and venues for our next seminars in 2007.
On the evening of Thursday 1 February at the fabulous House for an Art Lover in Dumbreck Road in Glasgow’s Southside, the firm will host a Client Seminar. The following Thursday 8 February, a lunchtime Client Seminar will be hosted at the award winning Lighthouse Building in Mitchell Lane in Glasgow City centre.
Drinks and a Buffet will be served at each event.
For the events, the firm will be offering an insight into, and advice on inheritance tax efficient wills, changes to inheritance tax introduced by the Budget earlier this year and asset protection in the event of potential divorce or separation.
Partner Elspeth Talbot comments;
The feedback from clients who responded to our questionnaire earlier this year highlighted the need for an alternative time and location. That being the case, we will be hosting our first City Centre seminar. We have selected Inheritance Tax as the topic in light of the changes which were introduced by the Budget. We want to ensure that our clients have the opportunity to learn about the changes in a relaxed and informal setting and have the opportunity to have their questions answered personally by the Partners”.
