Question 1

Do I need a Will?

Almost certainly. Only rarely are a client’s family and financial circumstances such that the Law of Intestacy (i.e. the law which decides who succeeds in the absence of a Will) produces the same result as he would have wanted, had he made a Will. This is usually a matter of coincidence rather than good judgement. You are always better off making a Will.
