Question 4

What claims do my children have on my estate after my death if I leave a Will? Does anyone else have a claim?

Children have Legal Rights in their parents’ estates even where the parent has left a Will that does not leave them anything. The only other person to have a claim where the deceased left a Will is the deceased’s spouse, who also has legal rights. If the deceased has left no Will, his spouse will also have Prior Rights
